Bistro Henry is a contemporary restaurant located in Manchester, Vermont. The bistro features the best dishes from Southern France, Northern Italy and the eclectic palates of chefs owners Henry & Dina Bronson led by General Manager Carmine Cole and executed by Chef de Cuisine Ian Logan.

Drawing on nearly 20 years experience (including 1.5 years living and eating in France) Henry has put together a Mediterranean Bistro menu, elevating the classics to the more modern style of the 90's. Dina collaborates on the menu, expertly guides the service staff and creates the exquisite desserts - including the finest Crème Brulée anywhere.
