Londonderry is a town in Windham County, in the Southern Vermont region of Vermont, and home to the Magic Mountain Ski Area. The town was named after the town of Londonderry in New Hampshire, where many of the original landowners were from.

The 6th annual West River Trail run is an 11 miles race from South Londonderry, along the West River, to Jamaica State Park. This run is great for trail running enthusiasts of all skill levels. In addition to the competitive, unofficial timed 11 mile run for individual runners, a 3-leg relay option, and a 5K Fun Run. This event is hosted by The Collaborative which strives to create a culture of substance free youth through educational programs and events.
