Starksboro, Vermont
Starksboro is a town in Addison County, of the "Mid Vermont" region. The town was named for General John Stark, who led the New Hampshire Militia in the Battle of Bennington.
Some notable people of the area include: Barbara Cochran, an Olympic slalom gold medalist (1972); and David Mason, a stonemason.
