Question: Located in Brookfield,
VT, this historical site contains many antique artifacts, and is believed to be
haunted.
Answer: The Marvin Newton
House was built in 1835. Marvin Newton was a blacksmith. His home is now a museum,
operated by the Brookfield Historic Society and containing many of the same household
items used by him and his family. Collections include costumes, 19th-century home
furnishings, and locally manufactured articles.
