1 1/2 cups White Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
1 Pkg. Yeast |
2 cups Warm Milk
1/2 cup Melted Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 t Baking Soda
1/2 cup Pumpkin/Squash Puree |

* Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
* Add milk and butter and mix well.
* Let sit at room temperature overnight.
* Add eggs, baking soda, and pumpkin/squash puree.
* Let sit for 15 minutes before using. |

Vermont Trivia
Did you know?
The first U.S. ski lift came to life in January 1934 on Clinton Gilbert's farm
in Woodstock. It was a simple rope tow powered by a Model T Ford engine, and
legend had it that while it would get you up the hill, it also had a habit of
shredding mittens and leaving you sore for days to come. The much more skier-friendly
J-bar lift was later invented in Vermont by Fred Pabst at Bromley.
