Olive and Ives was founded in 2015 when owner Melissa Cochran was originally working as an Emergency room nurse, She came to learn that studies had shown Olive Oil to reduce heart disease and incidence of stroke. Her new interest in Olive Oil lead her to open up her store in Manchester, VT offering the finest imported olive oils and blasamic vinegars.
