The Quechee Lakes community is made up of individuals who own a home site, a completed home or condominium. Property ownership automatically confers membership in The Quechee Club. Our members own and control all the amenities at QLLA. Renters or tenants, because they rent from a member, are allowed the privilege of using the amenities while residing in our association. Some amenities require the renter to purchase a guest pass from Membership Services or The Health Club.
