The Vermont Historical Society engages both Vermonters and "Vermonters at heart" in the exploration of our state's rich heritage.
The Vermont History Museum, located in the Pavilion Building, next to the State House in Montpelier, offers a multimedia exhibit representing Vermont's history from 1600 to the present.
The Vermont History Museum was chosen "Best Place to Time-Travel" by Yankee Magazine Editors in their "Best of New England" choices of 2010.
