Originally a savings and loan institution, the building was converted to the legendary Hi-Hat Lounge and nightclub. Purchased by Nectar Rorris in 1975 and given the appropriate name of Nectar's, the start of a new era had begun. With the legendary band, Phish, playing their first show on the now renowned Burlington stage, Nectar's has become a Vermont landmark known the world over.
